Post Magazine has really amped up their online presence with the recent re-build of their web site, and in particular, with their email newsletter campaigns. Their's are among the few (of many, many) email newsletters I receive that I actually read. I personally think they are doing an excellent job.
So I was especially heartened by today's newsletter which was chocked with some really positive news for the industry. We've been disheartened to read of so many shops closing recently, so I was happy to see my friends at Post focusing this week on new growth. So much so, I wanted to make a point of sharing it. It's Friday, we should start the weekend with GOOD news, right?!
Gravity (with offices in NY, CT and Tel Aviv) is expanding and opening a Santa Monica office;
AudioEngine launches a new interactive agency, PopUp Digital;
The Core launches a new editorial division;
InTheGrooveMusic has hired a new business development manager, Susan Titus, to help drive new growth in 2011.
I know times are still tough for so many, but it's incredibly up-lifting and encouraging to see these pockets of growth; some rays of light at the end of this tunnel we've been slogging through for seemingly too many years.
So thanks Post Magazine!
